New Students:
 
In order to apply to attend Union, students and their parent(s) and/or guardian(s) must complete the following application. We will notify you when we have received your application and keep you updated on the application status. Submitting this application does not guarantee enrollment.

Returning Students:
 
Registration for the 24-25 school year will be on:
 
August 7, from 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM or August 8, from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
 
All families need to complete the online registration and come in-person to complete the registration packet. Student’s pictures will also be taken at this time to be able to receive their student ID on the first day of school. We will have computers available to help assist any families with the online registration portion. Location at this time will be at West Middle School building.
